Kind Regards, the Forest

6 Jan

Kind Regards the Forest is a University-project that aims for marketing the forest as an available outing target. We are studying marketing and the task is to market something within the green area and my group felt for market something non-profit. It feels good to use this energy and time on something that can live on even after the project officially is over. Part of our project is a Facebook-page that works as a board for the forest where people can post photos, tips and share knowledge. The basic idea of this project is that what you like you care for. And the forest needs some tending and attention.

Winter-poster. Directly translated: Go to the Forest! (In Swedish this is a play with words used as a mild version of “go to hell” while it stills means simply “go to the forest”). Mvh Skogen means KR the Forest and the fineprint says: “The Forest’s own board. Do you want to know more? Like “Mvh Skogen” on Facebook. See you!”

Summer-poster. The same text but with Welcome! (Välkommen!) instead.

My desk right now, ready to spread the information.

Apart from putting posters up we are also planning a guerilla-marketing campaign. I’ll show you pictures from that one next week – our project-presentation is due next Friday. Making this project global would be wonderful so please press “like” on our page “Mvh Skogen” and contribute to the board of the forest.

Here’s a link to our page: Mvh Skogen

Thank you and talk to you soon again!
